I Love Coffee (And Possibly a Little Sleep)

Life is totally hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be challenging to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the flavor of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No condemnation here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Driven by Java and Mayhem

Life's a jumbled mess. We stumble through each moment, powered by that sweet, sweet caffeine. It's a beautiful disaster and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We grind through meetings, fueled by that energy shot. The sways around us, but we power through. We're the masters of mayhem.

My Other Therapist is a French Press

When life gets stressful, and the usual self-care practices aren't doing the trick, I turn to my unique source of peace: a trusty French Press. This ritualistic process of pulverizing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently waiting for the perfect brew becomes my moment of clarity. Each glug carries with it a wave of tranquility, grounding me in the here and now.

Brew , Because Adulting is Hard

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in. It's the magical elixir that helps us push through/get stuff done/pretend we have it all together. Whether you like it black/with cream/extra sugary, a good cup of joe can make even the most boring day tolerable.
